The estate's underground cellars are equipped with oak barrels in which the wines can be aged between 12 and 36 months prior to being bottled. None of the red wines are filtered so as to best express the typicity of the land and also out of respect for the primary material. Our red wines are thus full-bodied and rich with an ageing potential of between two and seven years, while our rosé and white wines are made to be enjoyed in their youth.
